Presentation

Kévin MEURISSE took over this wine cellar at the end of 2023.
A veritable institution, Cave de la Ria is well known to the people of Pornic and is located on the pretty Pornic harbour.

Inside, you'll discover the atmosphere of an authentic cellar, with its seductive aromas and flavours.
Kévin will welcome you and advise you on a wide range of elegant wines, local beers and French whiskies. By using his services, you're sure to find what you're looking for, discover our local terroir and choose an excellent spirit.
 The team also organises delivery to Pornic, Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, La Bernerie-en-Retz, La Plaine-sur-Mer, Saint-Père-en-Retz, Préfailles, Saint-Brevin-les-Pins, Chaumes-en-Retz and Sainte-Pazanne - and as far afield as the Nantes region (44).

The wines 
At Cave de la Ria, you'll find a wide range of wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhône Valley and the Loire Valley. Kévin also offers bulk wine and wine in cubes or bag-in-box. The latter come from locally-grown grape varieties.

La Cave de la Ria offers a range of sizes (3L, 5L, 10L). The team offers a wide range of tasty wines to satisfy all your tastes.

Spirits 
The expertise of the Cave team will give you the chance to experiment with a wide range of spirits flavours. A unique tasting experience guaranteed!
In a warm, purpose-built space, you can put together your own selection of spirits: rum, gins and whiskies from different origins. Their varied aromas will take you to the 4 corners of the world.

The beers 
La Cave de la Ria offers a wide choice of locally brewed beers. Experienced in its field, your cellarman chooses the best brewers in the region to offer you a quality choice.
A wide range of pale, amber and white beers to suit all tastes!

Champagne 
Champagne is a world apart, whether you're looking at the smaller names or the big names. Kévin carefully selects the best products from local winegrowers to create top-quality preparations.

La Cave de la Ria is one of the many shops in Pornic presented by the Destination Pornic Tourist Office.
