Thierry, from "La Petite Maison dans la Prairie", offers you a fun and educational activity: knead your own bread roll, then bake it in the wood-fired oven.

Ready to roll up your sleeves?
The bread workshops enable you to :
  1. learn about the processing of a product (wheat, flour, bread)
  2. take an active part in making your own bread
  3. obtain an educational booklet
  4. leave with a hot loaf of bread... yum!

Did you know?
"La Petite Maison dans la Prairie" is an old farmhouse in Pornic, brought back to life with its wood-fired oven and kandelour mill, typical of the island of Ushant.

Why do we love it?
At the end of the activity, you'll be offered a snack of "fouées". You can then fill your little bread cakes with delicious homemade jams or salted butter caramel.
